Erewash triathlon

It was an early start for the team on Sunday with the first wave of competitors off at 7:30 am.
The day started quite steady with the novices; not really understanding the benefits of pre event massage, they were a little slow on the uptake! We were soon busy as the club athletes prepared to set off and were inundated as the pros took flight. Overall we treated more than 80 competitors and raised a gair amount for cerebal palsy sport.

Triathlon Season is well upon us

Summer may not be in full swing but triathlon season definitely is...
This year we are supporting all the 'Punishing Events' Triathlons, having already done the Foremark and Blithfield Tris already and due to do the Derby Tri in September.
This Sunday we are off to support the Erewash Tri in Long Eaton.  An early start for the team as the road closes at 7am :(  We love it really!  Once again Gareth, Neil, Jenny and Ant will be doing pre and post event massage and Nina (with Chloe in the familiar baby carrier) will be ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Once again all massages will be free but if you would like to make a contribution to the team there will be a pot for much needed ice creams/bacon butties.
